Bella blu, 16 months and Eira bel, 11 months, are pomskys and started fighting in October at home and would lunge at each other at every chance they could get. It was so out of character and out the blue we did not know how to deal with it. We contacted the vets, and they put it down to hormonal behaviour.
We found Rachel through word of mouth and upon observing our dogs in their home environment, she was able to provide us with an assessment of our dogs behaviour and the relevant steps we would need to take to tackle this issue. She contacted us throughout the whole period and answered any questions we had promptly and always made us feel like we could turn to her with anything and when we got stuck.
After 3 months of following Rachel training methods we are now happy to say that our female pomskys are even more happy and more behaved than before.
Our dogs trust, respect and listen to every command we give and throughout the whole process absolutely loved Rachel! Thank you, Rachel for getting our dogs back together just in time for Christmas! There isn't a better dog behaviourist than Rachel and you and your dogs will love her!

Its been 4 weeks since Rachel came to us and worked her magic! Rachel is very knowledgeable and passionate about dogs, what we liked most about Rachel is what you see is what you get but at the same time she is a lovely person, kind and understanding.
She explained the ' whys' of our dogs behaviour and how to get things back on track. Its not just about training the dog, its necessary to change our way of thinking to help the dog do the same and follow our lead, being calm, consistent and consequence for action as become our mantra.
Our dog is far less aggressive and i'm confident that with our continuing instructions it will phase out completely. Rachel is a fantastic dog trainer.
She answers all your questions, gives solutions and stays overtime until you are confident and happy with the program.

My partner & I rescued an 18 month old German Shepherd in January and as soon as we got him, it was pretty obvious he had never been walked on a lead properly. Trust me when I say, we had tried absolutely everything but the PULLING DID NOT STOP. We were slowly losing hope until Rachel came round. I work 6 days a week so Rachel worked around us, came round on Saturday noon and spent 4 hours with us. I can’t explain to you how amazing Rachel has been. The aftercare has been amazing and she even popped back round with some more advice.
It hasn’t even been 4 days and I’ve just taken my boy for a walk, HE DID NOT PULL ME ONCE. I am writing this with the widest grin and we can’t thank her enough.
We would give 10 stars if we could.

We loved working with Rachel!
Rachel was punctual and professional and we are so glad we choose her to train our pug. Our chaotic household was calmer within 20 minutes of Rachel being there.
She immediately regrouped any situation that elevated throughout the time she was there and insured that before she left, we were confident in the information/training that needed to be done.
She explained everything in detail, she was very kind and patient. She is very knowledgeable about how to make a pet and their trainer happy. I would definitely recommend Rachel!

I saw an immediate change in our dog. This was the first experience with a dog trainer after moving from Malaysia with our dog sol are so grateful for Rachel’s time.
Unfortunately my partner was away the day Rachel came to help us but he did see an immediate change in sol on his return. Rachel spent so much time explaining our dog's behaviour and why he does what he does.
